No es tracta de transformar l&#8217;aula en un videojoc, sin\u00f3 de <strong>fer servir els elements del joc com a palanques emocionals<\/strong> que connectin l&#8217;alumnat amb l&#8217;aprenentatge de manera profunda i significativa. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La gamificaci\u00f3 ben dissenyada t\u00e9 tres ingredients clau:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Emoci\u00f3:<\/strong> El joc apel\u00b7la a all\u00f2 emocional abans que a all\u00f2 racional. Quan gamifiquem, treballem l&#8217;enlla\u00e7, la sorpresa, l&#8217;entusiasme, fins i tot la frustraci\u00f3 controlada. <br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prop\u00f2sit:<\/strong> Tot disseny gamificat ha de respondre una pregunta essencial: <em>Per qu\u00e8?<\/em> No n&#8217;hi ha prou amb posar medalles o punts, cal tenir clar <strong>qu\u00e8 volem aconseguir amb cada mec\u00e0nica<\/strong> .<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Disseny intencional:<\/strong> Gamificar requereix un disseny meticul\u00f3s, no improvisat. \u00c9s important cuidar la narrativa, els nivells de dificultat, els rols i la personalitzaci\u00f3. <br\/><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gamificaci\u00f3 \u2260 Jocs a l&#8217;aula<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Jugar a classe \u00e9s fant\u00e0stic i t\u00e9 molts beneficis, per\u00f2 no \u00e9s el mateix que gamificar. Un joc \u00e9s una eina. La gamificaci\u00f3 \u00e9s una <strong>estrat\u00e8gia estructural d&#8217;aprenentatge<\/strong> . El joc pot durar 20 minuts. Una experi\u00e8ncia gamificada pot durar setmanes o fins i tot un curs sencer, amb un fil conductor que ho transformi tot.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Per qu\u00e8 gamificar?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 <strong>la motivaci\u00f3 no pot ser una casualitat<\/strong> . I perqu\u00e8 necessitem metodologies que connectin amb les necessitats reals del nostre alumnat. La gamificaci\u00f3 permet:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Augmentar el <strong>comprom\u00eds<\/strong> i la participaci\u00f3.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fomentar <strong>lautonomia<\/strong> i la presa de decisions.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visibilitzar el <strong>progr\u00e9s<\/strong> de manera motivadora.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crear entorns on l?error no penalitza, sin\u00f3 que impulsa.<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Com comen\u00e7o a gamificar?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>El meu consell: comen\u00e7a en petit. Una missi\u00f3, una narrativa senzilla, una taula d&#8217;\u00e8xits. Despr\u00e9s, v\u00e9s incorporant elements progressivament. Observa com reacciona el teu alumnat. I, sobretot, no perdis de vista <strong>el sentit pedag\u00f2gic<\/strong> . Gamificar no \u00e9s afegir capes de joc al que ja feies, \u00e9s <strong>repensar el disseny did\u00e0ctic des d&#8217;un altre lloc<\/strong> .     <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L&#8217;emoci\u00f3 com a motor educatiu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>He vist estudiants que no volien participar a classe, convertir-se en herois d&#8217;una hist\u00f2ria. He vist grups treballar en equip com mai abans, nom\u00e9s perqu\u00e8 hi havia una missi\u00f3 m\u00e9s gran que ells mateixos. <strong>Gamificar transforma.<\/strong> Per\u00f2 no pel joc en si, sin\u00f3 per <strong>la cura del disseny, l&#8217;emoci\u00f3 compartida i la possibilitat d&#8217;aprendre amb sentit<\/strong> . <\/p>\n\n<p><em>Si us ha ressonat aquest article, seguiu-me per a m\u00e9s reflexions sobre gamificaci\u00f3, metodologies actives i educaci\u00f3 amb prop\u00f2sit.
