Hi ha m\u00faltiples maneres d\u2019aprendre, de motivar-se i de demostrar all\u00f2 apr\u00e8s. El DUA proposa dissenyar des de l\u2019inici pensant en aquesta diversitat, oferint diferents maneres d\u2019implicar-se, d\u2019accedir a la informaci\u00f3 i d\u2019expressar-se.  <\/p>\n\n<p>La IA no substitueix aquest enfocament. Al contrari: <strong>nom\u00e9s t\u00e9 sentit si es posa al servei del DUA<\/strong>, no si marca el ritme o decideix per l\u2019alumnat. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Com pot ajudar la IA des d\u2019una mirada DUA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Ben utilitzada, la IA pot convertir-se en una aliada potent per personalitzar sense etiquetar. Pot ajudar-nos a generar diferents versions d\u2019un mateix contingut, adaptar textos a diversos nivells de comprensi\u00f3, oferir suports visuals o auditius, o proposar activitats variades a partir d\u2019un mateix objectiu d\u2019aprenentatge. <\/p>\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 pot donar suport al docent en la planificaci\u00f3, permetent dissenyar propostes m\u00e9s flexibles i accessibles sense multiplicar la c\u00e0rrega de feina. Per\u00f2 sempre amb una premissa clara: <strong>la decisi\u00f3 final \u00e9s pedag\u00f2gica, no algor\u00edtmica.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Motivar, no automatitzar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Un dels grans riscos de la IA \u00e9s utilitzar-la per estandarditzar processos. Des de la mirada DUA, el repte \u00e9s justament el contrari: fer-la servir per obrir opcions, no per tancar-les. <\/p>\n\n<p>La IA pot ajudar a oferir eleccions reals a l\u2019alumnat, ajustar ritmes, diversificar reptes o facilitar un feedback m\u00e9s immediat. Per\u00f2 la motivaci\u00f3 aut\u00e8ntica continua depenent del vincle, del sentit de l\u2019aprenentatge i del clima emocional de l\u2019aula. Aix\u00f2 no es pot programar.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Avaluar amb equitat en temps d\u2019IA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>DUA i IA tamb\u00e9 ens obliguen a repensar l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3. Si l\u2019alumnat pot accedir a suports tecnol\u00f2gics, all\u00f2 important no ser\u00e0 tant el producte final com el proc\u00e9s, la reflexi\u00f3 i la presa de decisions. <\/p>\n\n<p>Avaluar des del DUA implica acceptar m\u00faltiples maneres de demostrar all\u00f2 apr\u00e8s. La IA pot acompanyar aquest proc\u00e9s, per\u00f2 no hauria de convertir-se en una drecera ni en un filtre que homogene\u00eftzi. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>El paper del docent: m\u00e9s necessari que mai<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>En aquesta cru\u00eflla entre DUA i IA, el rol del docent esdev\u00e9 clau. No com a expert t\u00e8cnic, sin\u00f3 com a dissenyador d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies inclusives, mediador cr\u00edtic i referent \u00e8tic. <\/p>\n\n<p>La IA pot suggerir, proposar o facilitar. Per\u00f2 <strong>nom\u00e9s el docent coneix el context, les persones i les necessitats reals de l\u2019aula.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Tecnologia amb mirada inclusiva<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>DUA i IA no s\u00f3n una combinaci\u00f3 autom\u00e0tica ni neutra.<br\/>Poden esdevenir una oportunitat per avan\u00e7ar cap a una educaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s justa, flexible i accessible\u2026 o una eina que reforci desigualtats si s\u2019utilitzen sense criteri.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>La difer\u00e8ncia no \u00e9s en la tecnologia, sin\u00f3 en la mirada pedag\u00f2gica.<br\/>Quan dissenyem pensant en les persones i no en les eines, la inclusi\u00f3 deixa de ser un discurs i es converteix en una pr\u00e0ctica real.<\/p>\n\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 educar, fins i tot amb IA, continua sent <strong>una tasca profundament humana.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Si t&#8217;interessa seguir la meva feina, et convido a descobrir m\u00e9s a les meves xarxes socials: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/mireiaportero5\">Instagram<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/mireia-portero-aylagas-22114b270\/\">LinkedIn<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Parlar d\u2019intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial en educaci\u00f3 genera entusiasme, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 dubtes.
