Vol dir atrevir-se a preguntar si el que fem respon realment a les necessitats de l\u2019alumnat actual. <\/p>\n\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 el context ha canviat. El m\u00f3n ha canviat. L\u2019alumnat ha canviat.<br\/>I l\u2019educaci\u00f3 no pot romandre imm\u00f2bil.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Una altra educaci\u00f3 comen\u00e7a quan deixem de fer les coses \u201cperqu\u00e8 sempre s\u2019han fet aix\u00ed\u201d i comencem a fer-les <strong>perqu\u00e8 tenen sentit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Posar l\u2019alumnat al centre (de veritat)<\/p>\n\n<p>Una altra educaci\u00f3 \u00e9s aquella que mira l\u2019alumnat com a persona, no nom\u00e9s com a estudiant.<br\/>Que ent\u00e9n que aprendre no \u00e9s memoritzar, sin\u00f3 comprendre, experimentar, equivocar-se i tornar-ho a intentar.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00c9s una educaci\u00f3 que:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Respecta els ritmes i la diversitat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dona valor al proc\u00e9s, no nom\u00e9s al resultat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fomenta l\u2019autonomia i el pensament cr\u00edtic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuida l\u2019emoci\u00f3 tant com el contingut<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>No es tracta d\u2019abaixar el nivell, sin\u00f3 de <strong>canviar la mirada.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Docents que dissenyen, no que executen<\/p>\n\n<p>Una altra educaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s possible perqu\u00e8 hi ha docents que no es conformen a executar programes, sin\u00f3 que <strong>dissenyen experi\u00e8ncies d\u2019aprenentatge amb intenci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Docents que reflexionen sobre la seva pr\u00e0ctica, que es formen, que col\u00b7laboren, que comparteixen, que s\u2019equivoquen i tornen a provar. Docents que entenen la seva professi\u00f3 com quelcom viu, en constant construcci\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n<p>No s\u00f3n herois. S\u00f3n professionals compromesos amb criteri pedag\u00f2gic. <\/p>\n\n<p>Metodologies amb prop\u00f2sit, no per moda<\/p>\n\n<p>ABP, gamificaci\u00f3, DUA, aprenentatge cooperatiu, tecnologia, IA\u2026<br\/>Una altra educaci\u00f3 no consisteix a acumular metodologies, sin\u00f3 a <strong>utilitzar-les amb criteri.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Les metodologies actives tenen sentit quan:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Connecten amb la realitat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generen aprenentatge profund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fomenten la inclusi\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajuden a entendre el m\u00f3n i a actuar-hi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Quan s\u2019utilitzen nom\u00e9s per moda o pressi\u00f3 externa, perden el seu valor transformador.<\/p>\n\n<p>Escoles que s\u2019obren al m\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n<p>Una altra educaci\u00f3 \u00e9s possible quan l\u2019escola deixa de ser una bombolla.<br\/>Quan es connecta amb les fam\u00edlies, amb l\u2019entorn, amb la comunitat, amb els problemes reals i amb els reptes socials.<\/p>\n\n<p>Educar no \u00e9s preparar nom\u00e9s per a ex\u00e0mens, sin\u00f3 per a la vida.<br\/>I la vida no passa \u00fanicament dins l\u2019aula.<\/p>\n\n<p>Una educaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s humana i sostenible<\/p>\n\n<p>Una altra educaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s aquella que cuida qui educa.<br\/>Que ent\u00e9n que no pot haver-hi innovaci\u00f3 sense benestar docent.<br\/>Que reconeix l\u00edmits, escolta necessitats i aposta per una escola sostenible, no heroica.<\/p>\n\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 una educaci\u00f3 que es construeix des de l\u2019esgotament no pot ser transformadora.<\/p>\n\n<p>No \u00e9s un model \u00fanic, \u00e9s una actitud<\/p>\n\n<p>Una altra educaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s una recepta tancada ni un model \u00fanic.<br\/>\u00c9s una actitud.<br\/>Una manera de mirar, de q\u00fcestionar, de decidir i d\u2019actuar amb coher\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00c9s en cada docent que es pregunta per qu\u00e8 fa el que fa.<br\/>En cada centre que aposta pel di\u00e0leg, la inclusi\u00f3 i el sentit.<br\/>En cada aula on s\u2019apr\u00e8n amb emoci\u00f3, pensament i humanitat.<\/p>\n\n<p>Una altra educaci\u00f3 \u00e9s possible.<br\/>I comen\u00e7a cada dia, en cada petita decisi\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica que es pren amb consci\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n<p>Xerrades, entrevistes i experi\u00e8ncies a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@mireiaportero5\">YouTube<\/a> .<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durant anys, parlar d\u2019\u201cuna altra educaci\u00f3\u201d semblava quelcom ut\u00f2pic, gaireb\u00e9 ingenu.
