La que motivi l\u2019alumnat, redueixi conflictes, millori la inclusi\u00f3 i simplifiqui l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 la realitat de l\u2019aula \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s complexa. Cada grup \u00e9s diferent, cada centre t\u00e9 el seu context, cada docent la seva manera d\u2019ensenyar i cada moment educatiu les seves necessitats. Pretendre aplicar una metodologia com si fos una f\u00f3rmula universal acostuma a acabar en frustraci\u00f3.  <\/p>\n\n<p>No perqu\u00e8 la metodologia no serveixi, sin\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 s\u2019ha descontextualitzat.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Les metodologies no eduquen, eduquen les persones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Cap metodologia educa per si sola.<br\/>No educa l\u2019ABP si no hi ha preguntes amb sentit.<br\/>No educa la gamificaci\u00f3 si es queda en punts i premis.<br\/>No educa el DUA si no hi ha una mirada real a la diversitat.<br\/>No educa la IA si no hi ha criteri pedag\u00f2gic i \u00e8tic.<\/p>\n\n<p>All\u00f2 que educa \u00e9s la mirada del docent. La seva capacitat de llegir el grup, d\u2019ajustar propostes, d\u2019acompanyar processos i de prendre decisions conscients. <\/p>\n\n<p>Les metodologies s\u00f3n eines. El sentit el posa la persona. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Quan la moda substitueix el criteri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Un dels grans riscos actuals \u00e9s confondre innovaci\u00f3 amb acumulaci\u00f3. Canviar cada curs de metodologia, incorporar eines sense temps per consolidar-les o aplicar models perqu\u00e8 \u201c\u00e9s el que toca ara\u201d pot buidar de sentit la pr\u00e0ctica educativa. <\/p>\n\n<p>Innovar no \u00e9s fer coses noves constantment. \u00c9s fer les coses amb m\u00e9s intenci\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n<p>A vegades, innovar \u00e9s aprofundir.<br\/>Altres vegades, simplificar.<br\/>I moltes vegades, dir no al que no encaixa.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>El context importa (m\u00e9s que la metodologia)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Una mateixa metodologia pot funcionar de manera brillant en una aula i fracassar en una altra. No perqu\u00e8 estigui b\u00e9 o malament, sin\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 el context canvia: edats, ritmes, realitats socials, cultura de centre, recursos, moment vital del grup. <\/p>\n\n<p>Educar sense receptes implica acceptar que no tot funciona sempre, ni per a tothom, ni de la mateixa manera. I que ajustar no \u00e9s un frac\u00e0s, \u00e9s professionalitat. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019experi\u00e8ncia real com a filtre<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>L\u2019experi\u00e8ncia a l\u2019aula ensenya una cosa fonamental: all\u00f2 que es llegeix, s\u2019escolta o es comparteix en formacions necessita passar pel filtre de la pr\u00e0ctica. Provar, observar, ajustar, descartar i tornar-ho a intentar. <\/p>\n\n<p>La innovaci\u00f3 amb sentit no es basa en aplicar models tancats, sin\u00f3 en construir propostes vives, flexibles i coherents amb l\u2019alumnat real que tens al davant.<\/p>\n\n<p>I aix\u00f2 no s\u2019improvisa. S\u2019apr\u00e8n amb temps, reflexi\u00f3 i experi\u00e8ncia. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>El rol del docent com a dissenyador pedag\u00f2gic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Educar sense receptes implica recon\u00e8ixer el docent com a dissenyador, no com a executor. Alg\u00fa que no aplica metodologies de manera autom\u00e0tica, sin\u00f3 que les combina, adapta i transforma segons el prop\u00f2sit educatiu. <\/p>\n\n<p>El bon docent no es pregunta \u201cquina metodologia utilitzo\u201d, sin\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per a qu\u00e8 vull ensenyar aix\u00f2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qu\u00e8 necessita aquest grup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Com puc acompanyar millor aquest proc\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>I des d\u2019aqu\u00ed, tria les eines que tenen sentit.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Menys receptes, m\u00e9s mirada pedag\u00f2gica<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>No existeixen metodologies m\u00e0giques perqu\u00e8 l\u2019educaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s m\u00e0gica. \u00c9s humana, complexa i profundament contextual. <\/p>\n\n<p>ABP, gamificaci\u00f3, DUA, IA i moltes altres propostes poden ser grans aliades.
